Those who already post to other writing- and reading-related blogs are free to cross-post their material to this blog.
Members, watch your e-mail for instructions and information on how to use this blog.
Again, welcome aboard, and let's have some fun!

Hey ho, I made it aboard. But by my Romance Writer's Revenge log on. Don't know how to change it, so I guess 2nd Chance is it. Though the rest know me as Maureen.
Thanks for setting this up, Carolyn.
I just finished Cat's new book, The Arrangement and really enjoyed it.
I'm working on a small January writing project with some of the crew of the Revenge. A sort of January Novel Writing Month. Though our goals are smaller. With luck, I'll snag the most pages written in January come Feb!
Looking forward to seeing everyone log and share what is going on for them... Maureen
Just wanted to mention this. Here is a link to the San Francisco Writer's Conference I mentioned on Saturday. http://www.sfwriters.org/
As I said, too rich for my current budget, but I may lurk...
Oh, good, that means you got my second e-mail. :)
You can acquire yourself a different Google identity (and login name) by setting up a separate Google account using a separate e-mail address. Confusing? Yeah, I thought so... but I set up a separate account just so I could show up here as "Carolyn C." instead of my usual secret identity of CrankyBeach.
Should you decide you want to do that... let me know what e-mail address you wind up using to create a new identity, and I will send a new invitation to that one.
Sorry about the last thing, having some difficulties on getting the hand of this... Anyway! I'm fine as 2nd Chance/Maureen. I really don't want to register another e-mail account!
Holy Cow! I've actually logged onto a Blog!
This is really a neat idea.
OK. What am I doing? Plugging away at revisions for Standing Stone. My hero was absent from his own story (Bad-Bad) so I'm giving him more lines. Thought I had Ch 1 down, then got an idea for more conflict!
I try to work 1 1/2-2 hrs/day at Starbuck's. Carting there and getting a goodie is the highlight of my day. Yesterday a guy I exchange SF books with said he'd read my stories on mytholog.com (Summer 2003 and Summer 2005) and liked them! Made my day.
As many of you know, Dec. 24 I was unable to transfer from my scooter to my driver's seat of my van. This week I'm scheduled with a PT on how to use a transfer board, an OT and a POV specialist to measure me for a chair I can drive from. Meanwhile my van is sitting in front of the house. Fortunately I can still "cart" to Starbuck's, a grocery store, and DVD store.
I look forward to keeping up with everyone's news.
